Taylor holds an MFA in Design Thinking and specializes in developing new approaches to teaching and practicing Design Thinking. She is also an award-winning visual artist (Graduate Award of Distinction, Super Duper Juried Art Show, Radford University, 2021), and in the past few years, has taken on more writing projects, developing material for the U.S. Space Force, Slim Jim, and Mushykinz Toys.

Taylor finds inspiration in art, nature, and people. Creating art has been a longtime hobby and still provides a challenging and rewarding experience for Taylor. She believes that staying in touch with her creative side keeps her grounded as a professional and a designer.

Taylor values a multidisciplinary approach to reaching goals, keeping this mindset sharp by constantly learning about human-centered design, technology, research, and business.
